Don't delude yourself good Sir...they don't need to (nor will they) explain themselves to us, the peanut gallery, if they indeed purchased it (but I agree it would be nice)...

😁
You just called me a deluded peanut!
I have been called many things but that is a first 👍

I see myself as more of a confused idiot at the moment though.

Ooops! Sorry 😁 I beleive I called myself that as well, and slotted us collectors here on this dear forum under that moniker when viewed from the vantage point of the Omega Museum 😀 #deludedpeanut ... maybe we can start a social media movement that will end in a LE speedmaster for this hashtag...

Maybe the museum is planning a surprise birthday present? That would at least make some sense.

#deluded peanut

( if the mods are still handing out monikers, @michael e could do worse than 'deluded peanut'. it's kindof endearing.)

EDIT Postscript: as others have said or indicated, the Museum must have had some sort of insider information, something that wasn't known to the general public. Also as others have said, it raises questions about the quality of the extracts. It would help to have them explain a bit more about their rationale when the time is appropriate. But like Eugene also said, I have little expectation that they will. But I am slightly more optimistic and hopeful.

(You forgot the special NYtimes emotional indicators.)

Are you sure you don't want deluded peanut? If it's up for grabs, I'll take it. I have the potential for a whole lot worse and I wouldn't mind locking down a better one.

Maybe sleep on it.

Deluded peanut, deluded peanut, deluded peanut.

See, not bad, right?

So another 145.012-67 potential ultraman emerged.
SN very close to the initial watch posted here - for the reference it was SN 26.540.234

Here it is a 26.540.3xx close to the one sold by antiquorum a few years back.

The second hand measures 18.8mm and 0.9mm - so it should be an ultraman hand.
Does not look like a new or remade later applied hand - it seems consistent to the general "honest" condition of the watch - based on my pov and not being an expert.

Would appreciate a view on how legit of an ultraman it might be even though it is not part of the "consensus range" 26.076-079.xxx

Not sure if contacting omega would be of a help so would be great to have some comments from more knowledgeable forum members.

Thanks very much guys!
