Good morning,
I am thinking of buying an Omega watch, but first I want to make sure that all parts are original, as I'd buy it from a non-official webpage. I attach the pictures of the watch. What do you think? I'd also like to know yours thoughts about overpolished watches ( I think this is one of those). Thanks a lot.

Appears to be correct, but polished beyond the point it would be of interest to other collectors.

In other words, don't expect to easily move it on (either trading or selling) to another collector. It'll be a keeper whether you like it or not.

+1 to above. Also, hands appear to have been poorly relumed. Too white.

Agree, from the angles provided those lugs look to be as smooth as a baby鈥檚 bottom. Lume on hands can age differently from the hour lume plots, but I鈥檝e never seen it turn to white.

Disagree, although logo has been preserved case back looks heavily polished.

Yeah sorry was referring to the medallion/logo. Presumably the caseback itself would have been polished to the same degree as front of case and lugs...

If you buy this for $450 you can easily sell it for the same amount since non collectors is 99% of the market. Even better, you could make a profit. I'll leave the polish factor up to you. Some people mind (collectors), most people dont. Funny thing is, a lot of first time omega buyers complain about a non polished case... What's the serialnumber?

If you can knock a bit off, great daily wearer. Never going to be a collectors piece but if your new to watches ( vintage ) this is a good dial to test the waters with.

So many here are collectors so would rather pay More for a neat case.

Don鈥檛 forget this needs a service and a crystal so $$$ on top

The dial is key for me and is worth purchasing
