Nothing Yet but there is a 30% off on Polo Ralph Lauren. Just give the cashier the coupon code 5593 and tell them you forgot the paper at home.

I needed a new computer for work, so I bought this one. 17.3 inch screen. Just setting it up now. I don't game, and have no plans to game, but this seemed like the best deal given the power and price point.

Its also VR (virtual reality) ready, so I may try that out. Any VR experts, please reach out and let me know how I can get the VR going.

My college age boys were not impressed, they said this was way over kill for what I needed.

BTW, I have a Microsoft Surface that I use when I do travel, so I only sometimes will lug this beast around. But note, I also own two Ploprofs so this might put my computer choice in perspective.

With the loft conversion nearly done, we've just been waiting on two handmade wooden box sash windows to make it watertight... yesterday they went in!

Looking forward to having a desk by that window to work from home... and a second bathroom... for additional reading time...

A little electric snow thrower. I have a plow guy but we now get many little nuisance snowstorms insufficient to summon him. My driveway looks small but it triples in size when the first snowflake hits. Because of the step up into the house, a full-size snowblower won't make it past the car. Why I didn't buy one 9 years ago when I moved in, I have no idea. Now to get a longer extension cord.

    At the mailbox.

The distance between the car and step is just enough for the thrower to pass.

Trust me, I would have bought one of those if I could get it out of the garage past the car. My garage is small and it only has the one door out, you see.

I used our Ariens when I was 8-ish until I went to college and that thing was a beast. I wasn't strong enough to start it (it was a 60's model with a lot of engine compression) until I was 17.

Yesterday, three guys with a combined 75 years of experience fitted the hand made reproduction Victorian cornicing and ceiling roses to the rooms damaged in January by burst pipes...

Glad the insurance paid that bill!

Just a new floor to go down and the painting to do.

When I was a kid I collected these stamps. I thought these were the coolest.

Anything Gemini 4 related is cool.
