Unique Omega 14k Gold / cal 600 / Vintage 1962

According to movement number watch produced in the year 1962
The movement was cleaned and serviced. The last service will be remarked on the invoice.
Omega dial with very beautiful vintage patina
14k Solid gold Omega case in good condition
Original Omega crown signed witch "Ω" logo
Watch case diameter: without crown 32mm / 1.25 inch
Model wrist size on the photo is 18 cm / 7,08 inch

New leather strap.

Well, it's a REALLY tiny watch, but that is disclosed in the description. And what the seller calls "very beautiful vintage patina" looks like unappealing damage to me, but that's subjective. The movement also looks a bit grungy considering it was supposedly just serviced, but I suppose that could be oxidation.

I don't mind dials with patina at all, especially if they are like this. I actually prefer them to completely clean and new ones....makes them unique.

For me, the damage to the dial and the askingprice make it a combo I wouldn't be happy with.

Seller is asking $1440 in case anyone was curious. I’m a big fan of patina, but this would be a hard pass for me.

In my view, there is good patina (e.g., I'm fine with a formerly white dial that has evenly aged to a champagne color or a Speedmaster with pumpkin colored tritium hour markers) and then there is dial damage. This watch has dial damage. Hard pass, especially at $1,440.

I think so, too. The curvature of "T-Swiss Made-T" doesn't match the curve of the dial. Plus the print looks a bit blurry. And naively (without much personal evidence to go on), I wouldn't expect such a pristine dial with that movement.

It should be in the small recesses at the ends of the markers, but has been removed. I'm also skeptical about the dial and would like to see a straight on shot. Overall, I'm really not liking the descriptions by this dealer, and might suggest that the OP consider looking elsewhere.
