Looks legit. And I’ve never heard of fake ceramic.

This now banned member used to regularly share his fake collection (consisting of all fake Swatch, Rolex, Breitling, Omega, and more), and one of the watches was this (horrendous) fake “ceramic” Speedmaster. No idea what it was actually made out of, but whatever it is, it’s pure garbage. Only sharing this to show that fake “ceramic” watches do exist. They are shite though. That said, the watch in the OP looks good.

Similar. It's the same size 44mm as the racing and same chronograph layout, and lug width (21mm). But instead of steel this watch is made almost entirely of ceramic. It was one of the watches Omega made to celebrate Apollo 8. Astronauts seeing the opposite side of the moon for the first time, or dark side of the moon, hence the name.

The Revival Watch Prize is, according the Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève (GPHG), presented to the best watch presented in any of the competing categories to feature a contemporary re-edition or reinterpretation of an iconic timepiece.

Just came in the mail. Wow! Thankfully not as big as the specs suggest.
question about the crown on 9300 movements. It turns clockwise to manually wind the movement. But then spins freely the opposite direction. Normal?

As an owner of this watch - it wears smaller than it's dimensions suggest, but don't let that fool you, it's still a big watch. Especially compared to it's regular speedmaster little brother. Certainly wears like a hockey puck. The dial is gorgeous, however.

Great watch, congratulations. It comes in two strap versions, one with a tang buckle and one with a foldover clasp like yours. The latter is about 3000 euro's pricier on the omega website. That difference is just the ceramic clasp?
