·No way this would worth that much money! The dial is in bad shape even without the two holes at ‘26 and ‘56.
From the photos I would say the rotor it touching the caseback and the case might have some pitting going on between the lugs. From my own experience cal 1020 is not a great movement.
My advice is to walk away.

·Not worth that money. Dial damaged at 11 and 5. Defective movement, which isn't that good to start with. Crown looks dubious.
