·Ok, so around 34mm? That being the case more like £250-375 depending on whether the gold cap has worn through on the lugs and dial condition

··Vintage Omega AficionadoCase shows severe wear on the side, edges of the lugs are worn as well, can't see this fetching more than $150-200 US, if the dial is nice.
