the bracelet is made by OMEGA or other without OMEGA Authorized？

It means 18kt solid gold (was that a real question?) and I think it`s SM which possibly means Shackman as the manufacturer of the bracelet.

Those bracelet as I learned here at OF for myself where not produced by Omega itself but at an authorized manufacturer.

It was not made by Omega (but then again - all bracelets were made by subcontractors like the cases) as it has no markings showing reference number, etc. You won't find it in Swiss Omega brochures etc.

It could be locally made by the behest of the importer or have no connection to Omega at all - difficult to know. "SW" looks like an English goldsmiths hallmark to me.

Even though it looks great and matches that stunning Constellation well, I would be hard pressed to value it much above the value of scrap gold value. The craftmanship looks to be of very high quality though.
