A few years ago i bought an Omega deluxe here on the forum.
It turned out that the bracelet was not what i expected.
Made an agreement with the seller cause sending back was not an option for me.
Few months ago sended it to my watchmaker, he returned it .......told me costs for repair too high, its for the scrap.

The pins between the bricks are really thin and hard to remove.

So goldprice for old bracelets is around 33 Euros/gram.

Dropping it in the meltingpot is gone forever.
And the clasp is still in very good condition.
Any advise ?

Sorry if I missed it, but what exactly needs to be repaired?

The strech, some links are really tight, others way to loose.

How heavy is it ? It’d be useful to know the scrap value to help others comment on the viability of repairing it.

I’d get a second opinion before melting, not sure where you are but I’ve got a guy that’s pretty magic with complicated gold work, he’s not a watchmaker though

I would also try and get a second opinion from a goldsmith because your bracelet still looks nie aesthetically.
Try to be very specific on what you want and what you don't want when asking for a quote.
Maybe try here : https://www.quertain-joaillerie.be/
