路Out of interest, do any of the pros have a view on that timing machine reading above? I've not seen that sort of reading before where the centre portion is perfectly fine (excluding the enormous beat error and the amplitude which would be fine with a correct lift angle) but the rest is like a hailstorm.
The mic is picking up some sort of random noise, probably from the escapement, it looks as if something is hitting something else, it could be overbanking and the impulse jewel touching the outside of the pallet, it could be interference with the pallet and roller table, something loose, etc, I am not sure if the mic gain in variable on this model, that could be set too high...
My timer has an oscilloscope capability which is great for identifying sticking hairsprings, ringing hairsprings, and for examining in detail the sounds of the escapement, I don't know if the timer being used also has that capability, if it did, you could isolate and identify the cause.

路Yikes. I would go get a refund or compensation from that AD. Get in contact with the seller and complain together.

I am by no means a defender of Omega, but I think blaming this mess on them is a bit much. There is no proof that the watch was sent to an Omega facility, and knowing how anal they are about keeping everything original to the specific model and not allowing "mods", I'm 100% positive they would not have put the wrong hands on this watch.
The dealer likely did this service in-house or sent it out to their local trade watchmaker...
