67198 value proposition

Hey guys,

I have been talking to a gold buyer about potentially purchasing a 26mm ladies rolex reference 67198.

Seller wants $3500 aud, but I don't know if it runs so may need a service. It would be for occasional wear for my partner so would have a purpose, but also good to know I might be able to flip a profit. These smaller watches aren't the most popular and was wondering what you thought a market value would be? There are a few examples on eBay and chrono24 but they are not always good indicators of the market, and the sold examples on eBay are lacking.

Cheers. 馃榾

Please excuse the dodgey pics

Looks in great shape with the original sticker on the back.
Price sounds ok but if you have to overhaul, that is a different story. You can check asking prices on Ebay...
However, these smaller sized "no dates" are not that popular. Folks prefer the dates..
Good luck

Price sounds ok, buy it if you like it and she鈥檒l wear it. Very hard to resell.

Based on full gold with president bracelet, I think it's great value at this price. If you are looking to buy a nice present for your missus, take note!

Women now prefer the larger size Rolex - the early mens 18ct day dates at approx 36mm are perfect for them and look good, plus they can still be bought at sensible prices as they are not really considered collectors watches. I think if you are looking for brownie points from your partner this would be a far better option

Was priced well. Never polished. Nice watch for a lady.
