·I think it’s a redial … a very good one!
The spacing of the word AUTOMATIC is very bunched together, particularly between A & U. The straight sided M is also a concern as most if not all have splayed M’s
Plus to add: I would expect to see applied Omega text on a pre de ville not printed as here.

·Think it's a redial and hands swapped out. Appears to have end cuts for luminous on the indexes, but hands have black paint in them, so luminous not added
