Appreciate it. I'm 6mths early, but didn't want to pay the increase in price. Nor could I stand the wait any longer. 😁

I did the same thing for my 40th. 4 months early!

I like this strategy. This means that you get to buy an extra watch on your actually bday, right? You can't let the actual day go uncelebrated.

Your collection is seriously impressive, and it's cool you're eyeing something special for the big day. Sticking with Omega makes total sense – there's a vibe about their watches.

I like unique gifts ideas, and I am always looking for them. Considering your awesome taste, the SMP Diver 300m and Seamaster 300 are solid contenders. They've got that Omega charm you love. The Super Racing is slick, even if chronos aren't your jam. Remember, it's all about what resonates with you. But hey, if you're open to something a bit unique, check out limited editions or vintage Omegas. They carry stories and character that's hard to beat. And you don't need to drop major bucks for that "special" feel.

Sounds like you've got quite the collection already. Considering your love for Omega, sticking with them for your special milestone seems fitting. The SMP Diver 300m and Seamaster 300 are both solid choices, but if you're not big on chronographs, maybe lean towards something without that feature. Trust your gut and go with what speaks to you. And hey, speaking of milestones, I never thought I'd be wedding tux shopping, but here I am, eyeing some sleek options online. Check out Gentleman's Guru for some top-notch picks: https://www.gentlemansguru.com/product-category/wedding-tuxedos/. Here's to finding that perfect piece to mark the occasion.

If it were me (and it is this fall 😉) I'd be looking hard at the Ultra Deeps if you like dive watches for a few reasons:

(1.) Super unique watch class if you don't mind the size, i.e, insane engineering & design & not an every day piece
(2.) The Ti version is truly one-of-a-kind; there's just nothing else on the market like it & you could daily it
(3.) The 75th anniversary on the rubber strap could actually be a daily wear, and it's a 75th anniversary to match your 50th

Beyond that I'd probably get a VC Overseas ... but, like you, I really do find the Omega brand special comparatively.
