Understood, but your valuation of the OP's watch is probably off by a factor of at least or two or three. And the dial is not for sale, but would be happy to give it to any OF member that can use it.

You would pay more than $3k USD for it as it sits without a dial and a possibly damaged movement? If so, I was indeed way off and I apologize to the OP.

And I would love to see this 30T2Rg chronometer dial you are proposing to give away to a member with 9 posts who joined 3 days ago.

The dial in this reference was not durable and also rare. I would love to buy a nicer dial, but I can't find one anywhere.

This reference had many dials, some more “durable”, some less may be. If you look in Erich’s book, there are more than a dozen type of dials.
Agree that is near- impossible to find any.

Agree. That is why I think OP should have dial redone, wear it, and enjoy it. Would still be a very nice.

The 1 in the twelve is broken. It would stick out like a sore thumb on a refinished dial. That is why I suggested removing the indexes, filling the holes and having the same numbers painted in black on the dial

Value is all speculative until the movement is seen. Bracelet in gold is worth 1.5x scrap value as it is useful if not broken

Case if 35.5 mm maybe $1500 Looks to be in good condition, but if movement is shot or in poor condition. A replacement and watch would not be original or it's just a nice case with a poor movement which really doesn't increase the value that much.

Right now it's a wait for movement images

Sorry about the crappy pic, but here it is. Was too small for the OP, but will be on its way to another OF member soon.
