302 part #'s

I am looking to replace the stem and crown on my newly acquired Ref 14367 w/cal302 and was hoping someone here might know if R17.8 stems fit. I know the R17.8's came in different versions and the movement I have is likely the same as R17.8 PC AM 17p (thanks JiminOz). If somebody could please let me know which part numbers I need I'd need to find for the stem and 18k crown (if available in 18k) I would be eternally grateful!

Current crown part is 069SX42523.
