·Fairly certain that the first two hands are the same length, the long hour.
Different camera angles, on different dials (with slightly different lume length perhaps) can deceiving, especially since the hand length difference is very small.
FYI, MWO version 2 is a bit more informative and also list 2 versions
B1) Long Hours 10.8mm
B3) 10.0 mm
I’m still not entirely convinced though as the 2915-3 hour hand seems to be longer (also if compared to the subdials, reaching almost all the way to the edge of the subdial and also with larger lume strip) than the long hour hand seen on some early 2998’s, for example the two lollipops quoted in this thread.
