Speedmaster 2915-1 on ebay,currently $7000 and less than a day to go.pass or purchase? What’s it going to go for?

From seller in Peru with limited feedback as a buyer and nothing as a seller. Price will probably be lower because of the risk factor. Not for me but "who dares, wins" I guess. Good luck

2915 on eBay is the phrase the popcorn emoji was made for even without it being from Peru

Just for reference a 2915-1 is a watch that makes a Paul Newman Daytona quite common by comparison. And almost none of them are all original and legit due to the massive potential upside for scammers.

(And yes, this is the actual resolution as found on eBay, luckily this hobby is all about the details. What does speak for this ad having at least a hint of being genuine; there's a few more watches offered for sale by the same seller. Those are photographed on the same background and with a similar, rather poor, picture quality.)

Assuming that is actually the watch you get, I think buying that for $7K would be a pretty safe bet. But that first part is a big if.

The seller's from Peru and has all (13) his feedback from very recent purchases from dollar stores / cheap stuff. This is only worth bidding on if you want to learn more about unwinding a fraudulent transaction.

Not suddenly. For a long time now..... Look at the Ed White EoA. Printed on thin paper and most Certainly a fake as well.
