The few El Primero automatics I have held in my hands (which is only 2) tended to be on the thick side. This one is 13.6mm. Doesn't bother me though, I like a big chucky watch (works with my big chunky wrists).

 

Just placed my order for the Chronomaster Sport with a UK AD that holds physical stock.

We meet again

I ordered from Rox up in the North East. Good people and they have always looked after me well even though I am not local.

Pics will follow, I have told them it needs to be untouched/sealed/mint or we enter messy return territory!

 

Black or white dial?

 

Went black after spending some time on the you tube reviews. I like the gloss dial

 

Really liking the look of this and can't wait to see it in the flesh. Looking at videos black dial for me.

 

Anyone got their hands on this new Chrono sport yet?

Great looking watch but I bought in a rush and when I compared it to my Daytona I quickly decided I had jumped in too quickly and got swept along with some of the hype surrounding this release.

I am going to wait for my Snoopy....patiently.

Was it to thick? What colour face did you go for?

 

I ordered the black dial and the face and bezel looked seriously nice.

I wasn't so happy with the fit and finish of the end links on my example, others I have seen since have looked better in that respect so mine might not be representative of what to expect.

As I say it was this and a bit of buyers remorse, I am supposed to be waiting for my Snoopy and got a bit bored in the meantime.

 

Haha fair enough, from pictures and videos I've seen it would be the black I'd go for. Am waiting for shops to reopen to go and have a look.

Curious to what colour Daytona you have?

I prefer the white Daytona but the black in the Zenith

Best view one in the flesh I think as you say.

My Daytona is a late model 116520 with the Chromalight lume. It is very mint indeed!!!

 

But, you have a Daytona to compare it to! .
