Mine came as you see, probably look for a donor on ebay or PM Archer asking if they are still available.

Thank you and good luck

What's the reference on your watch?

Thanks for the tip - I´'ll try when I get it opened. Awaiting watchmaker visit to settle reference - don't got a suitable case tool 🙁

270 EUR gamble at local marketplace. Blurry pictures and description telling not much. The dial however looked as it had some kind of texture.

The watch arrived today and turned out rather nice after polishing the crystal. Also came with a 50s Omega buckle - need to get a new lizard strap tomorrow.

Ref. 2503-17. Seems to be running pretty well with ~230 amplitude.

Have a soft spot for blue dials, got this for 300$ at auction 😀

Have added a blue Omega Strap. Next service and a new gasket.

Omega Genéve ref. 136.0099, cal. 1030 from 1972

That's a great price considering it's in such nice condition. The dial is a really nice shade of blue. I have a similar one with ref: 1360098 cal: 613

Interesting that @tdn-dk 's Genève got stick hands, while @COYI 's got arrow hands. Could my Seamaster 600 on page 10 in this thread have original hands after all? They look too fat for me...

Two different references, but found several blue dial Genéve's with same type of hands as mine, so i think the came in both version hands (with cal. 1030) Never seen a SM 600 with those hands.

Neither have I; I only find it puzzling that the hands should have corroded so much that they got changed, with that relatively unharmed dial.

Bought my first Omega ever about a month ago for 500 CAD (around 400 US$) from another forum member. It's a TV dial from 1979, and altough I'm not a fan of square watches I love it and have been using it since receiving it.

Two gold plated Omega's each well under $500 for a bit of 70's style.

Picked up this 1958 Seamaster 2964 for $350. I'm really digging the patina on the dial.

I was eyeing that one too! I love the case back.

1971 168033 Cal. 1001 which I bought entirely for the bracelet for about $420, but which seems to be a pretty solidly nice watch. Markings inside the caseback indicate the watch was serviced about a month ago (??), but the second hand has a definite judder between 12 and 2.
