My first seamaster cosmic, no lume no date and serviced!

Very nice. I passed on one of these for sub-$500 earlier this year and have been kicking myself ever since. 🙁 Great grab!

A first owner Seamaster (my first Seamaster by the way). I've paid 200€ shipped and insured 😉
Here are some pictures (sorry for the quality) of the watch "as received". I have no idea of the model but the first owner (a 72-years old man) told me it was bought in the late 60's.
I am so in love of the patina of the hands/indexes (not very visible here but the lume turned to a nice yellow colour).

The watch was obviously worn in the past but is in suprisingly good shape for its age !

Dreadful dial, but pretty cool case. Long shot but hoping I can find another dial somewhere

A little over the $500 limit, but i hope you'll indulge me. I picked this up for the Aussie equivalent of $600US a few months ago. I cleaned it up and added a new pusher and it's all good. Not going to win any concours prizes for condition or originality, but who cares...

This one not only came in under $500 last year, but . . .

['40 ref 2099, cal 30]

. . . it wasn't even my cash that brought it in! My pal saw it on eBay while I was overseas, and he pulled the trigger knowing I'd want to have it.

Glad and then some to take it off his hands.

Picked this little guy up at the end of 2017. It's a reference 2667-1 coming in at about 33.5mm. It has a manual wound caliber 420 in it. The dial is amazing and this configuration is pretty rare with coffin markers and breguet 12 marker!

Got this Ladies Dynamic for the wife to go with her stainless steel one. Unfortunately, it's one link too short for comfort, so she's wearing it on this aftermarket leather strap until I can procure another gold-plated link. The good news was the price: I won the auction for roughly $160 but the seller refunded half because it was described as running but arrived with a broken mainspring. Paid $40 for a new crystal and roughly $250 for an overhaul, so still about $100 under $500 for everything, including the strap.
