1966 Tudor Submariner: Redial or Original Dial?

Hi,like the title says what is your opinion on this dial .
Everything appears to be original (crystal appears to be as well )except the obvious ,the "Swiss" moniker and the depth rating is missing.
Also the lume looks funny .
So the mystery (to me anyway ) if this is a redial why leave off those two important details it just doesn't make sense .
For what it's worth i have a insurance appraisal from 1989 where the dial already looked like that .
Keeps great time and it doesn't bother me too much but I just need to know lol it's driving me bonkers .
Also if it is indeed a redial how much value would it take away from the watch .

Re-dial and lume. Not sure about case. Looks a bit strange at back. Might be photo.

Why would the depth rating be left out

I agree that thee dial is repainted and re-lumed. The insert appears to be a later replacement, or aftermarket.

Probably wasn't the refinisher's intention to make a 1:1 fake. More likely they just wanted to get close to what it looked like originally for functionality sake.
