That Connie is wonderful!! I have always loved those two-toned hands.

FYI, the factory bracelet for that Connie is awesome and they come up often for very little money (if you aren’t a bracelet guy, this would make you one). I have one on my 1967 Seamaster technical dial and it fits very well. I remember seeing it in a catalog on your Connie, but can’t find the catalog pic now.
Yes lovely bracelet. I will look out for one !!

I don’t see that Connie and a gold Seamaster being too similar at all.
You also right. Both dress watches I guess.

Out of this gold seamaster 14770 (at $460) and the
'beater' gold seamaster 14701 (at $327) with bracelet that I showed you on Friday which would you think I should go for as a daily? Or should I wait for something better to come along? Finances are not unlimited if a better one comes along later🙄😁

If you find the catalog pics please share it! What
endlinks go with the bracelet?

That deville gold is lovely! I would love to buy through OFs private sales but dont have enough posts (therefore privileges) to do so.

Thanks so much everyone and especially JwRosenthal for your valuable insights.
You can PM any seller anytime and buy anything in the FS section with zero feedback. You just can’t post a for sale or WTB.

Those early chrino’z are out of my knowledge base- but man, that’s a looker!! If you are curious to know more, about it, ask for more pics and post a new thread. These are highly collected here and there are experts here on them
