Anyone want to comment on the price? lets say it could be had for
$1800 CAD - 1450 USD roughly

I think that the second hand was replaced which is not uncommon for a watch this age. If it was mine, i would just have it trimmed during service. It looks good, so if it is a redial, it is a very good one.

Based on my search for similar in stainless, I would say the price is good. This is assuming the movement all checks out OK. The case has seen some polishing, but that is common.

I would say that the price is ok only if the movement has been properly serviced, and is in good condition. Also, is this watch outside of Canada? The hit that you take on duty, taxes, and Paypal currency exchange will add another 22%. Add a service onto that, and you will have a very difficult time recouping your costs if you ever decide to sell.

Re. PP currency exchange (which is brutal) I have learned to switch PP to using my bank's exchange rates - that helps massively.
