Back in from the Spa; I could have had the chrono hand changed to a drop end one, but decided to keep it as is. Thanks to all who contributed to this thread and indirectly, my decision on this watch.

A lovely way to start the weekend!

Reviving this older thread after I’ve acquired an 145.022-68 (26558xxx) that was made very shortly after the 145.012-67 (26554xxx) that started this topic. Striking similarities, although this new addition survived with far better lume, offset by a slightly more worn DON.

Since the thread has been revived, I'll add another data point. My 145.012-67 with 2654xxxx serial and batton hand.

Ah, sorry, missed the revival of this thread. Thanks for contributing @rkny18 and @Fatcat

Looks like the Batton Chrono hand still makes sense for the 145.012-67 that started this thread. 😀

Another Transitional (145.022-68) to add to the list...

On a side note, it is interesting to observe that these two 145.022-68's are both 2655XXXX and only about 1200 serial numbers apart, but come with two clearly different case shapes. The earliest of the two with a 145.012-67 case, the latter of the two with a more banana-shaped case as also observed on other Transitionals in the 27XXXXXX-range.
