c3220 Chrono Seconds Hand Dimensions

Hi, does anyone by chance know the dimensions of the Speedmaster Reduced Chrono Seconds Hand (hole diameter, length, width, thickness)?

For context, I have a 3802.70.56 Reduced, and would love to try and fit a Speedmaster Date (like 3210.50) sweeping hand on it. Understand both watches are different movements, but am curious.
