But is there a 145.012-66 existing? As some ppl told no such thing exists?

There is however a 145.012-68. Sometimes the numbers can be confused.
As noted by the esteemed Mr.Spacefruit, the pic appears to show a watch with characteristics of the earlier 105.012-66 CB reference, so it would be very interesting to see inside the watch. Movement number and the inside of the caseback will reveal a lot.

That being said - potentially it is a number misread.
However - that being said I have I hard time understanding ppl being..well...Panerai?

If a '66 reference does not exist - it is ok. I did ask as I did not know. Sorry,
I have not tried to buy a thing that does not exist - or does exist. I have asked a question from ppl in the know.
However, that being said it appears to be difficult and I am evidently a difficult person. Me much apologies.
