My god, this is just horrible. How could they pass this off as original?

Also sad that it's going to be featured in the upcoming fero book. Wtf?

So I went to the London preview for Phillip, but they didn't have the above two Longines watches on preview.

Below is a typical 6595. The handset is the same as the one above but the minute hand reaches the minute track, as one would expect.

Hi!
the seller claims that this one is new old stock. However, the subdials make me doubting...
Unfortunately, my knowledge of Longines' 13zn is quite limited.
Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance!

Awful redial. Stay away.

Me three, blatant redial. Yuck. Those sunken subdials are a dead give away of a repaint job.

thanks again!
I have another one that looks better (in my eyes). Am I right?
Unfortunately, no other pics. Starts at 5600$.

Firstly, quite a few of those hands look unusual. Secondly, this is not a common dial variant. Though the general appearance of the dial looks good, better photos of it, the movement, and the case-back would be necessary to properly assess this watch.

Many thanks.
Unfortunately, I will hardly get other photos.

What makes you believe that? No harm asking, the seller clearly knows what they're selling and expects to get several thousands, they can't expect people to buy without proper pictures.

because I did not get an answer by now... 😉
Usually, I try to get better photos before I post here and ask for advice.
I know that high res photos of dial, case, caseback, movement are very important to judge a watch.

How long ago did you ask? There are places in the world where people don't work on week ends... and today is a holiday in many countries.

I know. I live in such a country where 1st of May is a holiday. That's why I think that I will not get any photos before it is too late.
But who knows? Sometimes you are lucky, sometimes not.

First Longines sold for 6500$ plus premium. Should be around 8000$.

Lume does not look original, nor does the minute hand. Not sure about the hour hand. The mismatched sub-dials have me puzzled. Below is another example of the phenomenon. Given the style and execution of the dial, I am leaning towards original. An unusual, early 13ZN.

Thanks. Crott claimed that the subdial was original. Without seeing it in person I was skeptical.
