Depends on the size. 29, 32 (flat) or 34mm (domed). F.i. if you buy a "Tre Tacche" or another sought after steel/waterproof design with an ugly redial for maybe 5000-7000USD or €, then a flat 29mm with matching hands would be worth between 15000-25000 (or more).
I disagree. For reference, here is another cal. 25.173 with the same style of case, made in the same year. Notice how the sub-dial is identical to the "Chinese" piece.
The hands are to long... I.e. not matching. So the dial could be a replacement, maybe taken from a 13.33Z.? There are not much 13ZNs with enamel dials. But ok - the movement number is an earlier one.
And the movement has been bathed. https://www.ebay.de/itm/Extreme-Rar...h=item59165e6334:g:wRkAAOSwL0Fb6Fwm:rk:1:pf:0Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
Indeed, a good candidate for a replacement dial. Not sure about this one. Tone of enamel does not appear very white, as expected. This could be lighting. "Swiss Made" suggests originally sold to UK? Maybe Longines' archive has pertinent info. Maybe not.
The 13.33 in Goldbergers "Longines Watches" (the 1st one) with the same "swiss made" dial has a P+D on the inner caseback. That´s Pérousset + Didisheim, Longines distributors in Argentina. Movement 4992138.
Maybe they took the "Swiss made" because of the symmetry . Let´s forget about this watch. A 1929 dial on a watch from 1936, wrong hands and a movement state that points to a water damage. In my experience the dial dies before the movement if humidity works on a watch.
What say the gurus? https://www.ebay.com/itm/Longines-M...e=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
