your thoughts on this dial? original or redial?

I came across to the following dial which I was contemplating to get. It looks original to me, but something about the minute markers makes me wonder if it is original or not. Thoughts?

I was curious about the minute markers being not inline with the hour batons and being slightly far away from the edge of the dial (as outlined in red) !

It is just to replace one that is far worse on a beater that I have as the price is fairly low anyway!

Absolutely. That dial is so bad, it's not even worth the work to install it even if it were free.
