Dial original or redial? Any thoughts about this 167… pie pan steel?

Any opinions about this watch? Dial looks very clean. Original? The watch seems to be a bit polished. But the price reasonable?

Looks ok to me but I am afraid that the hour markers have black painted tops, not black onyx inserts.

The (Japanese) dealer admitted today that they are indeed painted. After I asked him a few times and he pretended not to know what Onyx is…
