I've wasted enough time on this, representatives each make up arbitrary things why it doesn't work, one said "Wristwatches" subcategory that's under "Watches, Parts & Accessories (260324)" - isn't actually included since it's not within the included categories, another said bids/offers aren't included, yet you can just try it on any watch, it doesn't work either way
So they each make up a reason why it doesn't work, I suspect it's a bug, in any case, buyer beware 🙁
I'd appreciate if anyone can share an eBay email where I can send a claim as a last effort (Actually I don't think this exists, back in the day, like a year ago, it was someway possible to get email correspondence)
