Yellow calendar disk in time?

Hello! I have a question. Is it normal for my watch to have a yellow "date (calendar)" while the dial is white? Is it possible that he turned yellow because of the time? The watch is from 1986. e642e6ec-c47f-4ecc-b8a4-d3e9894f5ec6-jpeg.1414742 ccb3dbb8-06f6-41c2-b339-9c86c8b4c91e-jpeg.1414743

I think you've nailed it. I'd guess that it's just patina as it has aged.

I am no expert but It looks like the dial has been changed in the past. If the watch is from 1986 it should probably have the T SWISS MADE T dial.

I saw it for sale and only with Swiss Made, it had to be with T? You mean the dial isn't original?

From a quick google search all the 1986 datejust seem to have the T markings. I don’t know when Rolex stopped using tritium on their dials.

Here I found another one for sale, identical to mine, writes only Swiss Made. So is the dial original or not?

That watch seems to have been extensively restored so a dial swap is not out of the question either.

Sorry I can’t be of more help, I am just giving my 2 cents.
