Yard sale find $2

I found this Omega in a box full of cheap fashion watches. Couldn’t believe my eyes, but figured it was fake. I figured fit $2, what the heck. Got home and opened it and couldn’t believe my eyes. Trying to decide if I should have it serviced (I’m about an hour from Columbia, PA). Or, sell as is. Or, maybe it’s not really worth any trouble, at all. It winds and keeps time for about 4 hours. No band, but there was a Speidel in the box that looked like it could have been on it, so grabbed it.
