X33 Gen1 - Hands alignement

Dear all,
do you know of any way to align the hands of a X33 Gen1 without refitting them?

Mine are not perfectly aligned (i.e. the hours hand is pointing towards the 12h mark only at 12:15) and since it seems the hands can move independently one from another, I was wondering if there was a hidden functionality or something to align them without dismantling the movement.

Thanks

p.s. I'm not looking into syncing the hands with the digital time here.

Hey @lovecraft22,

If syncing the digital and analogue functions isn't getting things to line up, it may well be time for a service (which includes a complete new movement).

Do you know the service history of the watch you have?

Hi,
thanks for your reply. The place where I got this watch from mentioned it had been services and was running good and indeed it is running good. They mentioned that when the fitted the hands back probably they had them misaligned and that I can take it back for them to align them correctly.

A service on one of these (I have owned three, had two of them serviced, and and am currently wearing one!) is a new movement, and new hands - and the only people who offer that service are Omega.

I would suggest asking the seller for proof of Omega service and dealing directly with Omega as it will have a two year warranty if they have worked on it.

Would also add that a battery change by anyone other than Omega isn't the same as a battery change by Omega. The one that I currently own recently had a new battery, and the parts that came back in the baggy included new pushers, crown, seals, and screws. They also test the circuit and advise as to whether or not it needs replacing (a. full service).
