Well, from Watchco maybe...Omega still makes and sells the case.
Note that this WTB post is a rule violation...but the case you are looking for is actually a 166.0324...

·I bought my case from them, and paid using wire transfer. No issues. And small correction, it is not a WatchCo case, it is Omega service case. WatchCo just has access and buys them from Omega.
