Never shared this one on the forum as it’s a hotly contested and debated watch for authenticity. I have owned it since 2003 and rarely wear it, but finally said fυck it- it’s cool as shit.
Even if the dial is fake, these have become a part of Rolex/Tudor lore on their own now.
I got it from a friend who bought scrap gold and jewelry from pawn brokers (it was in a bag of old watches with a broken crystal), so not a watch faker/flipper and before the days of the India redials.
But who was redialing $300 (which is what a Tudor prince was worth back then) watches back in the late 90’s to be something that Rolex claims never existed.
One day I’ll pull it apart and take pics of the back of the dial etc for the archives.
