Here’s my new blue Aqua Terra 38 on an Uncle Seiko 1171. The bracelet is connected to the watch using the stock AT 19mm end links and fitted with an Omega clasp. Perfect fit, light, comfy, traditional look, and no PCLs.

But I’m still quite iffy on the blue, although everyone else seems to love it - last I checked, the blue version is waitlisted on the Omega website. I might sell it.

While not something being “worn”, my almost-5-yo guy here, who first saw the hourglasses at Lakeshore Learning last week, basically hounded me all week about going back to get one. I was happy to oblige. This is the 1-min timer, and they have others that run 5-mins, 10-mins, and so on.

I recently picked up this 1968 Caravelle "Super Waterproof" for Mrs. Allwoundup and gave it to her yesterday...she's wearing it today. Bulova created Caravelle as its "affordable" sub-brand in the early 1960s. Caravelle achieved its "affordability" primarily by sourcing its movements from Asia, while Bulova sourced its movements primarily from Switzerland. However, some Caravelle models, such as this "Super Waterproof" were Swiss made.
