New strap in for my IWC. Restoration is complete thanks to a few members here who helped me source needed parts and @JwRosenthal who has graciously taught me how to match colors including clothing and shoes. I am now wearing a man purse as well and James is right they are handy

Happy to help. And where else do you put your wallet, phone, keys, glasses etc? And if you say fanny pack, I will rescind my color coordinating advise,

Following the “Aqua Terra Conundrum” thread, and everything else I could find online relative to AT colors and size choices, I bought a BLUE Aqua Terra 38 on the bracelet last Friday morning. “We” also bought a ladies Aqua Terra, size 34, with a mother of pearl dial and diamond indices.

Pretty damn expensive day, but we had a big week with a couple major milestones to celebrate: my doctors told me I was cancer-free on Monday, and My First Wife turned 60 on Wednesday. So, we cruised over to Barrington to see my watch guys, George and Al.

These are the wonderful stories you miss when life gets in the way. Amazing news to have a clean bill of heath and well done in winning the fight. Plus many belated happy returns to your wife. You both have great taste and enjoy them for many a year.

Very nice I’ve learned it’s hard to find the black ones with unmolested dials. Learned by buying one with molested dial of course.
Thank you, when I bought it 2020 I probably over paid slightly but the dial did make me buy it at the asking price. Case turned out to be better than I expected and overall I’m very happy with it. Fills the dress watch part of my collection nicely.

@RI Omega Fan damn as I read the much deserved celebratory pick up of your beautiful watches I couldn’t help but try to ponder the ying Yang thing you experienced. From being given such a serious diagnosis to coming out the other side and a doc saying, you are free of it now. My goodness what a journey to travel congrats and enjoy those well deserved watches.

Most are actually quite fanatical, many of them preferring to ride in -40 outside with fat studded tires than on the "bicycle that goes nowhere". Must come from listening to the beep....beep...beep all day every day
Hey man I’ll take the outdoor version anyday !

Late afternoon walk along the Fraser River. Spring is definitely in the air.

After all the red and gold of Chinese New Year, it's time to switch it up to baby blue guilloche
