You are 100% correct, I love Ivan’s work and have many straps from him and now you have made me think of it I will order another few I had in mind.

Agree, I think they are excellent straps and not expensive for the quality. I also have several; in fact I'm waiting for another one to arrive this week.

In an earlier post re: this artifact, the question arose as to whether it was actually “adjusted to 5 positions”, as marked. This was brought on by the fact that there are actually only 19-jewels that serve a function, the other four being adipose cap jewels. Well, I’m here to say that this watch is currently keeping better than railroad time. It has taken some tweaking to bring it to its present rate, but currently, being worn 12 hours, and lying face up for 12 hours, it has not varied more than about 6 seconds over the past three days, and is one second fast, this morning!
