·This just back from my WM. Been back twice with the watch gaining 5 minutes a day but now resolved problems with the hairspring and other minor work around the balance wheel, took a few weeks for him to sort so far more love than economics went into this.
Couldnt wait to try it on my wrist hence no strap, still have to decide what I will fit to it but had to see what it looked like on my wrist with my newly knitted mohair Jersey that my wife has just finished for me.
The jersey has a much longer story than the watch, with my previous wife starting to knit it about 25 years ago but never completed.
Completion required unpulling the 3/4 made jersey as apparently I have grown in dimensions since the mid 90's? who would have thought 🙄 but all solved now my 25 year old jersey is complete! and seems to match wonderfully with the new to me Caravelle.
