Seven days, seven divers. Day #6 If a watch can be thought of as "sexy" this one qualifies for sure. The bold red bezel and crown tube, gilt dial, and almost-pretty-as-acrylic sapphire crystal provide an amazing wrist presence. Yes, this watch is definitely on the thick and chunky side, but the negatives are far outweighed by the positives (in my opinion). ...and after six consecutive days of wearing heavy tool watches I'm definitely looking forward to giving my wrist a vacation after Diver #7...maybe some 33.5mm mid-century Seamasters for a while Day #5 Day #4 Day #3 Day #2 Day #1

So my latest arrival will go to the WM this weekend. I think I'll change out the band but I'm thinking I should keep it on a Twist-o-Flex at least some of the time. Its previous owner (my dad) was unrelentingly practical in some things...
This is a bit further down the coast in Ft Bragg, CA (no relation to the NC Army place, just a nice sleepy coastal town). We did a deep sea fishing charter yesterday and got really seasick on 7 ft seas. No keeper salmon but managed to catch a bunch of rock fish. This was our boat...YaY!
