It’s my birthday today , so I’m wearing the 50th Anniversary Sub I bought as a present to myself for my 50th ( which was a few years ago now ) .

Heh, heh - this one is the real deal. But the cell antenna Saguaros are very convincing!

As found (rescued) complete with a very utilitarian nylon strap that may have been its original, I was going to ditch it but after a very extensive cleaning with all manner of nasty chemicals and brushes it now looks like new and I have decided to keep it as it exudes a certain 60's 70's charm and actually looks pretty darn good on this faded time warped Russian beauty.
