Black ice settled this afternoon and no way was the 'Sub' joining the boys and I for a walk so it was replaced with a Seiko, we all survived but still the evening walk to come 🙁

Not a great week lost a family member and a cat to the great beyond. Normally the weekends are for Vostoks as I do home repairs but I’m going to lay low today clear my head. Covid makes it difficult to give proper support to family as I can’t just leave the state to spend time with them but I’ve been sending cards and emails. Anyway wearing my grandfathers bulova today, certainly one of my favorite watches.

Well thanks but it was just one of those weeks where things piled up as they tend to do to us humans. Everything’s ok I was back to painting and other DIY repairs today just needed a break. The DIY don’t stop luckily either does my vostok
