Hardly a day goes by when I don't say to myself, "Damn, high school in the early '70s was the best time ever to be alive." We had it all: football teams that mattered, like the Dolphins, Steelers, and Raiders. Zeppelin and Grand Funk, real muscle cars and cheap 100 octane gas, Blazing Saddles and National Lampoon.

Today, the stuff NL printed then would be 'canceled' and boycotted. And Blazing Saddles couldn't get past the legal department.

🙁
Right there with you, Doc. Here’s my old high school Hamilton from the late ‘60s/early ‘70s. I’ll be 65 this year. How did we get to be the old guys?

You old.guys made me go put on my 3rd watch of the day and it doesn't even match my shirt! The late 60's to very early 70's Hamilton A-506. I call her the Black Panther as a nod to the happenings of that time.

20th anniversary of the 9S

Great watch, lovely dial, and color coordination. I know I am not the only one who matches my watch to my clothes. I am not afraid to admit that I enjoy manccessorizing.

"Manccessorizing", good word. Mind if I use it?

Please do, I just coined it. Googling the word yields no results, so it is indeed a @wagudc original!

Sun... ocean. And Chopard. Sublime.

This is the first watch I ever really "noticed"...mostly because of the the strap.
It was in a catalog that I got at the Monterey Historics and the ad pointed out that the pattern on the strap a Pirelli tire pattern.
Truth or fiction?

Some watches are/look like old maids, gone through quite a few hands but were never really touched.
Here is a particularly delicate case: My vintage watch
Please don´t draw any conclusions about my life now!😀
How do I deal with it?
You can break it down to one question: is it for sunday church or for my next air guitar contest?😀

Edited:
