What is the case reference number (inside of case back)? If it is a Lemania it will normally be a 3 digit number with (optional) a "-" and a sub number.
Example 883 or 883-68.
I have plenty of examples of Lemania made complete watches where other makers have had their own brand name put on the dial.

So most likely not a Lemania case ref.
The one I have in the WRUW thread today have an Omega FIFA case ref number. I think that during the bumpy 1970s they took what they had in order to get some cash flowing.....,

I was hoping someone would buy that before temptation got the better of me. I told myself if it was still there after the weekend I'd have to pull the trigger. Having a full package was what was drawing me to that one. Nice catch!
