1942 Bulova mono-pusher chronograph powered by Bulova's in-house 10AH movement (the Ranfft movement database credits the 10AH with being the "smallest diameter for a serial-produced chronograph", 10.5''', Dm=23.3mm). The 10AH was apparently produced for only two years, 1941-42.
