Finally got back from service today. Paired with a Hirsch Boston leather strap.

* new gaskets, date correction lever, crown, stem, crystal, handset.

Not a bad Covid project. 😀

I’ve been a bad boy lately and bought two new watches. Both of them Grand Seiko. I’m wearing the SBGA231 Diver today. The GMT is the SBGJ237. These are amazing timepieces.

Night shift, mechanical watch is not an option because I’m partially awake and bump into any furniture on my way 😀

Nicely shined but I bet you spent as much time lacing and unlacing these as you did flying? 😀

Datejust with my first ever red wing boots. Super excited to see them patina and last forever like a watch.
Need to get another pair, drive right by the store at least once a week. No more impulse buys.

Ummm...no. Special lacing and unlacing tactics were implemented on a regular basis. 😁

LATE ENTRY: Hand pointer [added to the picture below] is indicating special lacing and unlacing tactics which were implemented on a regular basis. 😁
