·I hadn't installed this bracelet since I lost a ton of weight last year. Holy cow, what a reminder!!! Two whole links had to come off!
I found this wrist shot from 4 years ago (left). At that time I hadn't "peaked out" so this side-by-side with today (right) is probably a 65 lb (29 kg) delta. Doesn't look as different in these shots as the bracelet sizing indicates, but you should see the rest of me!!! I ended up losing 85 lbs (38 kg)...and so far have kept it off...YaY!!!
