Yeppers...that will be pretty cool. What specific Olongapo band did you go with? Also, do they have “Nasal Radiator” specific Olongapo bands? Asking for a friend.
They are each made to order with the hand made insignias you choose and band sized to your wrist. I went with a Clark Air Base/Pacific Air Forces insignia on one side and 13th Air Force (at Clark at that time) shown below. The vast majority of vintage Olongapo bands I have seen are anchor clanker insignias. I'm sure a naviator band could be made, but I doubt the maker, Jaffy Jurado, would bother with any kind of whirly bird insignia. Maybe he could fashion this insignia. By the way. It takes a secure man to wear that helmet. I always just wore one of the old Campy caps with the bill flipped up. I actually dragged the two cyclocross bikes out and cleaned and lubed them...smooth as glass.
Solidarity at Home: Day 032 Did a lot of home chores today, would hardly be possible without 500m water resistance and helium relief valve... Our heart goes out to everyone who has lost a loved one, friend or colleague, or is suffering physically or financially in this pandemic.
