Seiko Saturday rolled into Seiko Sunday...

LATE ENTRY ALPHA...

LATE ENTRY BRAVO...to precisely indicate the locations of my beloved Seiko 6309-7049 and my not-so-beloved bad hair...

Bored this afternoon so thought I would try and see if a old aftermarket bracelet would fit , & yes it does . I think I’ll leave it on for a few days, and see how I feel about keeping it on or putting the original back on . It is very comfy and has a vintage bracelet feel that I like .

This looks wonderfully tranquil. Where is it? Fenlands?
Yes, National Trust land at Wicken Fen to the right, privately owned farmland to the left. Photos taken on a £500,000 bridge that was a joint effort between NT and Sustrans ( with assistance from some local volunteers 😉 ).

Don't really wear watches because I'm at home everyday due to COVID-19, but I occasionally do take a few watches out to just admire them.
This one is a Buren Venus 170 with a neat stainless steel case.

It may be awhile for an ‘appropriate’ time for gold, but maybe the wait-line to go in the grocery store is a decent excuse, 😁

Sub 2hr half marathon is quite impressive! Keep it up.
